XML processing in XSJS

Hi, I am using a custom dictionary in HANA SP07. The dictionary object has an hdbtextdict extension and has content in xml format.

I need to be able to add/modify dictionary entries on the fly and was thinking to write an xsjs to do the same.

Are there any xml processing api's available for use in xsjs? Any pointers on how i could modify the dictionary object programatically?

Also, is there something i can use to activate the repository object programatically after  i have modified it?
