There are a number of ways to upload data. What is your preferred option?
The most convenient upload with the HANA Studio is via File -> Import -> SAP HANA Content -> Data from local File
Here you dont need to scipt anything and you can graphically set the import properties such as the field delimiter. More info is on page 107 in
http://help.sap.com/hana/hana_dev_en.pdf
If this fails for some reason, then please try to simplify your file, ie reduce columns until you have narrowed down what exactly is causing the problem.
