Can you please raise a message under the component "CA-EPT-HCO-EXP" mentioning the steps you followed for installation?

Also can you see which service call giving error by doing the following:

1.Enter the url to access application in Chrome and press F12 to open debugger console.

2.Then load the application.

3.Go to Networks tab in debugger console.

4. Check which service returned error and what is the error.
