Registration of L wrapper PAL_CONV2BINARY_PROC failed at getPackageName!

Hi ,

I am getting the the below error   while exeucting the   statement CALL "SYSTEM".afl_wrapper_generator('PAL_CONV2BINARY_PROC', 'AFLPAL', 'CONV2BINARYVECTOR', PAL_CONV2_PDATA_TBL);

Could not execute 'CALL "SYSTEM".afl_wrapper_generator('PAL_CONV2BINARY_PROC', 'AFLPAL', 'CONV2BINARYVECTOR', ...' in 514 ms 965 µs .

SAP DBTech JDBC: [423]: liveCache error:  [423] SYSTEM.AFL_WRAPPER_GENERATOR: line 34 col 1 (at pos 1711): liveCache error exception: liveCache error: registration finished with errors, see indexserver trace

I have open the index server log file and checked it showing error

Registration of L wrapper PAL_CONV2BINARY_PROC failed at getPackageName!

I faced this error for lot of PAL algorithms.

Why this error is coming  and how can i resolve this issue.
