This could be the Web Dispatcher cache. At the operating system level go the file system location /usr/sap/<sid>/hdb<instance number>/<hostname>/wdisp
There will be a file named sapwebdisp.pfl
If there is a line like icm/HTTP/server_cache - comment it out by putting an # at the beginning of the line. You have to restart the Web Dispatcher for the change to take effect, I believe. Easiest way to do that is restart the HANA system itself.
