I think you should be able to identify last modified / created objects from the _SYS_REPO.ACTIVE_OBJECTS table. I don't have access to the system right now, but please check the table contents for the objects and see if you can find out modified objects in a given time frame. This way, you will be able to get the objects which were modified / created since the last transport.
