Your Studio version is Rev 60 isn't it? I can tell because your SAP HANA System Library is showing in the project and that was a new feature in Rev 60/SPS6. But your server is very old - Rev 48 right? In SPS6 we changed the way the xsappsites open. They open in place in the HANA Studio. But with an old server, the APIs probably aren't there to open correctly. I would suggest either using an older version of Studio which matches closer to your Server or better yet update your Server to Rev 60/SPS6 as well.
