You should use 80(HTTP Port) and 00(instance number)
First check if your XS engine is active
for that try this on your browser :http://myserver:8000
and be sure that your server instance number is 00 only.
After that check your path carefully - if you give a wrong path - you won't be able to access the file on the browser
