If you entered your SAP ID (do you mean your SCN login?) during the "Part 1 - Accept the SAP Developer License Agreement on SCN" step, then this is not correct. The document linked specifies that you must enter your AWS User ID, which then transfers you to AWS to complete the process. Since there are different procedures for AWS and Cloudshare, then obviously the Cloudshare sign-up will not be successful if you are following the AWS procedure.
